After nearly 20 years of roofing industry experience, Chris LaVallee founded Pinnacle Roofing in 2004. Chris had been disappointed by the dishonest and careless work of competitors and previous employers and set out to change the way people thought about roofing contractors in the Capital Region. Over the next 18 years, Pinnacle Roofing would grow from a small team of estimators and laborers working out of a basement office to our current staff of over 30 full-time employees, a company warehouse and office space, a fleet of vehicles, and a second location in Vermont. Even as we’ve grown and changed over the years, we’ve always adhered to our founding principles of customer service and quality craftsmanship.
