Durawash is based in Jacksonville, Florida and the owners are natives. We know the area, communities and people of North Florida and we are proud to call this our home. We started in the carpet & upholstery cleaning business in 1998 and owned a national franchise. More than twenty years later we transitioned to exterior cleaning services based on requests from customers. In 2018 we started practicing the soft wash cleaning method and this was the best move we ever made! What we discovered next was incredible and changed our business forever. Soft wash roof & exterior cleaning was 10 times more effective at removing organic matter like algae, mold and mildew. This allowed us to remove black streaks from roofs and clean building exteriors more efficiently. In 2021 the majority of our business is roof cleaning and house washing using the soft wash method.
